I've just gotten the chicken pox and at
that moment, I saw three white spots on
the glans of the penis. Is this the result
of the chicken pox? I never been sexually
active with someone so it couldn't be an
STD could it?.

No, it couldn't be an std. It's a good
chance it's from the chicken pox. I have
one or two leftover white spots from when
I was a baby too. I'm not saying they'll
stay! Just that white dots are normal.
