The best advice I can give you is to eat
some dry toast or crackers before getting
out of bed in the mornings. It didn't
stop the nausea for me, but it did keep me
from throwing up first thing in the
mornings. Also, eat small snacks/meals
often throughout the day; don't let your
stomach get empty. As far as the nausea
feeling, try sucking on hard candy or
chewing gum. That seemed to help me out
somewhat. Hopefully this phase will pass
quickly for you.

unsweetened tea. it always helped me with
the morning sickness ( i had all the time)
and icecream sandwiches helped with
acidreflex/heartburn.

want to be left alone and i really want to
go back to sleep. I am never this
cranky...
i'm hoping it passes quickly especialy

I know what you mean. I will be 7 weeks
wednesday and I just feel like I have the
flu all the time. I really hope it goes
away soon. It's really putting a damper on
school. It's ok though. This too will
pass.

This is my third pregnancy and I am lucky
enough to say I have never had full on
morning sickness but this time round I did
have bouts of tiredness and nausea, Might
sound hard but when you feel ill try
eating something even if its just a piece
of toast, it really helped me feel alittle
better even if I really didnt want to eat!
 Hope you start
feeling better soon.

sometimes sour stuff helps. like sour
candy or grapefruit juice or lemon drops.
high protien snack before bed and high
carb first thing in the morning will keep
your blood sugar up. ginger candy, ginger
tea or flat ginger ale might help also.
and try aromatherapy in some fresh, clean
scents, like peppermint or something
citrusy.

your allowed to be whiney your pregnant!
and you only get to be that for the next 9
months so take advantage of it
my suggestion is never go more then 2
hours without eating something.. toast,
crackers whatever.. if i ever went longer
then 2 hours i felt awful.
ginger ale helped me too

bleh! I totally know how you're feeling.
When I first became pregnant, I slept
nearly all day. I would nap with my
daughter and find myself dosing off as she
played with her toys. It was bad.
In the beginning, I would get *horrible*
tension headaches in my neck and shoulder!
I"ve never been a sufferer of headaches.
period...but they were aweful! I would
wake up crying my eyes out! I still get
them about once a week, but that's better
than 7 days a week!!
I'm 13.5 weeks preggy and I'm still
nausiated. I snack allll day long! The
second my stomach gets empty, I feel sick.
I was never this sick with my daughter. I
had an immaculate pregnancy with
her...this is terrible.
I don't vomit...but I wish I would!!!
Peppermints help me a lot!! especially in
cars!!!

as long as i take claratin during the day
and benedryl at night i'm not as bad. I am
keeping up with the munching so that I
never get hungry and that seems to be
working. I only take tylenol if the
headache gets really bad... I am just glad
i have not had a migrane yet. I am
petrified of getting one since i have not
had one in years.... I guess if it happens
I will have to go to the ER...
