Seriously Worried

Ok, I know I posted two days ago but I need some info here.

So, I started my placebo pills (I'm on the 4 day of them as of 7PM PST). Now, usually I get my period between the 3rd and 4th day of the placebos. But as of now, I have ABSOLUTELY NO PMS symptoms and that just worries me in general.
The last time I had sex was a week ago. So, I took a pregnancy test this morning, followed the instructions (even waited to use the bathroom for the first time today when I did it!) It was negative and yeah, that was a relief. But I was discussing it with a girlfriend of mine and she said that drinking too much water could affect the outcome of the test. How much water would be too much? I normally drink a lot of water, so I wouldn't think it would make a difference.
I also recently switched the type of BC I was on, from Lessina 28's to Sronyx. And I noticed, after thinking it over, that maybe my body is just adjusting to the difference in meds. Because during my first month on Sronyx I didn't get my period til later in the week of the placebos and then just last month I got it TWO DAYS BEFORE starting my placebos.

So, could it just be me being paranoid about things and my body is just adjusting still or do I have something to worry about?

I also want to add I've never missed a pill or taken it horribly late (no longer than 20 minutes, but the last time I did that was a month ago or more).

Any help on the subject?

Thanks!!

If the last time you've had sex was only a week ago, it's too soon to test anyway. Now, if there was condomless sex 3-4 weeks ago, then that would be showing up as a positive if you were pregnant from it.

It sounds like your body is simply adjusting to the new pills. If you don't get your period by the end of the placebos, start a new pack anyway. It might come next month. You can also call your gyno and voice your concerns. They have more accurate blood tests.

Some women lose their period while on the pill, without even trying. This is normal, not very common, but not a bad thing.
