Why Do I Feel This Way
Posted: 06-26-07 03:57am

i'm always feeling tired...and depressed with all my feelings bottled up inside. i try to put on a happy face around other people but when i come home i feel worse about [whatever happened] and then start to think about what i did wrong and what i could've done. i mean i've read a lot about disorders such as depression and bipolar and it seems to describe me a lot. and also my thoughts are so random. im a 17 yr old male.

I am Going through the same thing right now, everyone says its hormones?

I am 16 years old and I am not a like spoiled person I am generous and everything but lately when things dont go my way it really ruins my day?

I get mad over little stuff and when I get home and think about it I get even madder just at the fact that I ever got mad in the first place? and I end up frusterated and feeling down.

Anyways everyone I have told my problems to tell me its hormones at our age? Including my mom and other adults I have told.
My older brother said that he went through the same thing and reassured me its hormones and that it will pass! The last month I have been ALOT better so I hope you overcome it too!!
