bad flu resulting in severe head cold and
sinus infection. Took homeopathic remedie
"Sinuspax and Sinna" for relief. Now I
have these side effects. Hyper active
salivary glands at the base of my tongue
in my throat, feeling like I need to
swallow constantly, feeling of throat
closing, ball in throat feeling, anxiety.
Can't sleep, as soon as I stop swallowing
the watery saliva runs into my lungs
choking me, makes me cough and wakes me
up. Need something to counteract these
side efects.
Current medical treatment: Advil cold and
flu sinus decongestant and an
antihystamine"
It seems probably that the symptoms are
caused by the throat and sinus infection
rather than a remedy. The most common
symptom found during upper respiratory
tract inflammation (pharynx, sinuses,
tonsils, and larynx) is hyper-secretion of
phlegm. Phlegm stacks in your throat and
makes it hard to bread and to cough. That
can make you anxious. You will probably
experience these symptoms until the
infection is overcome.
