Menopause & Slowing of Metabolic Rate Posted: 06-27-07 08:17am
Hi there. I need your help. Am 52 years
old woman and am in perimenopause.
Recently I have noticed that I have big
appetite, I want to eat sweets, candies,
and other junk food. I have gained 50
pounds in a month and I can’t stop
myself. I am awaking up in the middle of
the night just to grab something to eat.
Have anyone of you girls experienced
something like this? How are you handling?
Can someone recommend some diet? Can
someone tell me about your experiences?
How to not eat so much? How to get fast my
metabolism?
