I regularly get a sharp pain in my left testicle, mostly alter having a sex. Is this common? It can last a few days.Should I consult a doctor? Pen

Pain in the testicles always warrants a visit with the doctor. As to your other post about them being differently shaped, that may be normal, but since you have pain maybe it's not in your case.
