35 Weeks And Midwife Appt!! Posted: 06-29-07 07:26am
So I am 35 weeks today, and I had my
antenatel with the midwife too. Everything
went fine. Baby hasnt engaged any yet, I
thought maybe it had because up untill
last week I was suffering with pains in my
ribs but thats just stopped but apparently
baby is still free and moving about! We went through my
birthplan and that was good. I had to be
induced with my last son and was going on
how horrible it was, so she told me heaps
of ways to try and naturally induce labour
that I can start trying at 38 weeks. Oh
and she also think I am having another
boy!!! She obviously doesnt know for sure
but she said shes very rarely wrong and if
its a girl she would be very surprised!!
How am I supposed to cope with 4 men in
the house!!! lol
So thats me, I will try to get some pics
up soon if I ever get round to getting my
camera out!

four boys?!?! i wouldn't know what to do
with myself. i'm so used to women
outnumbering the men in my family. i
often wonder what it will be like if i
have a boy. rich and his brothers tell
stories about how they were when they were
little boys and combined with the stories
my mom has told me about my brothers it's
a little bit scary to think of. i know a
lot more about little girls so that would
be a safer thing for me but it will
definitely be new if it's a little boy.
it's so hard waiting to find out!! i hope
you get your little girl and if you do end
up with 4 guys i hope they all treat you
like their queen cuz you deserve it lol.

At the beginning I did, if I am honest,
really want a girl, but now I just dont
care, its gone on so long I just want to
see my baby!! Of course it would be nice
to have a daughter but I didnt ttc for a
year just to be disappointed at getting a
boy!!
I am sooo excited but at the same time
sooo nervous lol! The closer I get the
more I remember about the boys births! I
had a csection with .Aydan and was induced
with .Lucas, I really dont want another
c-section!! Well I really dont want to be
induced either! I think I am due a nice
simple birth lol!!
Getting kind of scared though this
probably sounds so stupid but because I
have never actually gone into labour
myself I am beginning to wonder how I will
know when its happening! Also the hospital
is 30 minute drive away and I dont know
how long to leave it before I leave the
house!!
