I've done alot of research on sleep
paralysis before.. this is the 3nd time
I've had it.. but then I keep having
nightmares w/ them as well.. The first
time I had it was about a year ago .. I
could hear ppl screaming while I was being
dragged from room to room.. When i woke
up.. my arms were pinned over my head..
and I couldn't move.. or scream.. i saw a
dark figure standing over me.. it started
to run its hands up and down my legs.. and
i passed out.. I didn't sleep for 3 days..
after that.
2nd time.. I was wide awake.. on my
computer.. around 6am.. after my husband
left for work.. i started hearing a
buzzing sound.. and I got really tired..
so I went and lied in bed.. my eyes won't
stay open.. i felt so tired.. and i wasn't
able to get back up.. even though i tried
so hard.. soon after that I feel asleep. i
dreamed my younger brother, sister and I
were trying to kill ourselves.. there was
this man.. that kept telling us to do it
&& that it was the right thing to
do.. and was the only way out.. I kept
thinking to myself.. about how sad and
depressed my husband would be.. and how
upset our parents would be..
I couldn't do it.. I tried to change both
my brother and sisters mind.. my sister
has a little girl.. who's about 5 months
old.. and my brother is expecting a
child.. i couldn't let them die.. they had
soo much to live for.. so i convinced them
not to kill themselves.. the man got
really upset.. everything went dark.. and
i couldn't see anything.. then i woke up..
About 2 days ago... I had a horrible
dream.. and I haven't been able to sleep
for the last 2-3 days..
It was about 5:45 am on Tuesday morning
when my husband left for work.. i was wide
awake.. then all of a sudden.. i hear a
buzzing noise.. and i got really sleepy..
i couldn't move my body .. and i wasn't
able to keep my eyes open.
i started tossing and turning.. until i
feel off the bed.. i started to scream for
help.. i looked at our door and it was
open.... i saw my dad and nephew walk out
of our uncle and aunts bedroom.. my dad
walked towards my room.. and saw me lying
on the ground.. i can hear him say.. "why
are you sleeping on the ground.. get up
and sleep on your bed" i start screaming
for him to help me because i couldn't
move.. but he couldn't hear me.. he
continued to the bathroom across the
hall.. i felt like i was being choked..
pulled into a hole.. and i couldn't
breath.. i started to gasp for air..
then something strange happened.. my
laptop turned on.. and my camera flashed 3
times.. 3 pictures.. popped up on my
laptop.. in the pictures.. i saw myself on
the ground.. and a man on top of me..
trying to choke me.. but he was faceless..
i couldn't see his face.. .. i was
terrified. i started screaming.. next
thing i knew.. i was awake in bed.. and it
was 6:17am.
.. i wasn't able to sleep at all last
night.. and lately I haven't been able to
sleep. my husband has been very
supportive.. and i've been sleeping with
the lights on for the last 2-3 days..

Wow that is really scary, and I'm sorry to
hear that your being tormented like this.
I don't know much about sleep paralysis,
but I'm wondering...did this start
happening after the use of a sleep aid
medication? A friend of mine began having
dreams while awake exactly like the ones
your describing, but she didn't have them
ever until she started using a
prescription sleep aid. Let me know how
your sleep has been, and good luck with
it.
