Have not been on the forum for a few weeks
because i have had a eye op .very down the
last few days still off antideppressants
been about 9 weeks but at the moment dont
know if i should start taking them again
.
i feel no one cares about me and i have
had thoughts of commiting suicide because
i am sick of strucgling to cope i am fed
up of crying feeling usless
and just life in general .I have cut my
wrist but not deep enough . Dont
know what to do next

ppl fight just 2 survive in africa...
always remember that...
and always value yourself by yourself and
disregard the crap other ppl give u....
destroy and fire the judge u have inside
of u and free the victim who always gets
blamed brutally for everything
and plz for sake of your well being ignore
the ignorant and find yourself some "good"
friends which is not easy....
my personal experience with mj also has
helped me very much in overcoming a six
years old depression which never got fixed
with any anti depressant permanently....
but now im ok without anti depressants and
without mj
u need caring friends... i understand you
might have problems with family and thats
painful.... but be a soldier... be
strong.... at the end of the day u r
evaluated compared to yourself and not
othersand you are going to depend on
yourself... so regardless of your
situation.... u've got to grow strong and
dont keep tellin yourself that you are
depressed...
ALWAYS REMEMBER WHAT YOU TELL YOURSELF AND
WHAT U IMAGINE OF YOURSELF , U WILL BE.
YOUR BRAINS IS THE STRONGEST PROPAGANDA
DEVICE FOUND ON EARTH; SO WHATEVER MESSAGE
IT CONVEYS 2 YA... IT WILL AFFECT YA
