I am 7 weeks along and I was wondering is it ok to excersize at all? And what type?
Also do youhave to eat extra or keep your normall diet?

My friend who is preggie talked to her doc about working out and he said that as long as it was a part of your routine before preggie. She plays volley ball... Another friend took water aerobics and really liked that, it's called moms-n-motion here!!!
