Hey guys, I am so happy I was in tears when I seen it. Larry and sean just came to pick me up from school and sean got his first tooth. It is his front, upper left!! It is soo cute. It looks like the other one and the bottom ones will be breaking through the gums are white. I am correct on this right, you dont know how happy I am!! He is growing up so fast!!

10 months old!!

Is this why he had white gums? Jill, how shoudl I treat them? Like brush wise, I want them to be clean and stuff? What should I buy? Im nervous...What do I do now, bottle wise? Everything...He is walking with me already! And he talks!!

Go to wal-mart and look for a finger brush. It is this little rubber thing that fits over your finger and has really soft britles(sp?) it works good cause he will like you messaging them sore teeth and if he bites it wont hurt cause you have the rubber over your finger. If you see a white spot on the gums it probably means a tooth will be coming in there, but keeo in mind teeth do go up and down sometimes! Use a very small amout of tooth paste and try to make sure it has a mild flavor cause otherwise he may not like it.

A bunch of stores have little finger brushes and baby toothpaste that tastes sweet so you can brush them, the baby played with hers all the time. So do that. For now, let him have those teething rings or something cold to numb it. My coworker said she let her kids chew on a really cold cloth and they liked it so have fun! Im happy for you!

Yes cold washclothes (clean!!!) they really like those. Jayden sucks the water out of them! Hahaha. Instead of having to buy a rubber brush thingy the doc told me I can always just wash it with a clean cloth at bath time every night, until she gets a few more.
