so, im 13 weeks and 3 days pregnant. as of
friday i started bleeding alootttt. i was
so worried i didnt know what was going on,
it wasnt like it was pink or nething it
was red. It was brown a few days before
but then it just went from brown to bright
red alll over pads. So i went straight to
the hospital with my mom and boyfriend
thinking for sure im loosing this baby..i
couldnt see how i could bleed this much
with even some clots in it and still be
pregnant. So i finally got into the
hospital bed and then i started burning up
with a fever..which was confusing to
everyone. Then they came back and said
all my blood work and beta came back
perfectly find but that they were going to
keep me over night to give me a full
proper ultra sound and do an internal
exam. My internal exam came back
normal..but i was still so nervous and
worried about the baby and what was wrong.
So finally this morning i was woken up
for an ultra sound, i went in and there
was the baby, heart beating, moving
around. I got released with the
explanation that i hav a urinary tract
infection which is causing the fever, so i
got medication for that..and the doctor
said that sometimes in the first 20 weeks
of pregnancy women just bleed, and that
hes sure everything is fine and the
bleeding will slow down. The bleeding is
slowing down now but the amount of blood i
had in the past few days was alot. It was
a biiigg scare. just thought id let u guys
know though, because I personally have
never heard of someone bleeding like that
and the baby be fine. so its pretty
interesting to me.

wow this EXACT same thing happended to me!
i thought it was spotting at first but
then it got heavier
that was at 10 weeks
im 16 weeks 2 days now
man im glad your ok
that must have been hell for you

ya it was especially because i was feeling
so sick because of the fever so i kept
getting hot and cold. I got hardly any
sleep in the hospital, so when i got home
i slept for like 5 hours lol.

thats the exact same thing with me
i was terrified i had done something wrong
to hurt my baby because i went to the lake
the day before and went on our boat...so i
thoubght "oh no the boat rid ewas too
bumpy."
but the heartbeat was fine and i havnt
bled ever since
you probly wont bleed anymore i hope
but...tomarrow i find out if im haveing a
boy or a girl :]
i know that has nothing to do with this
buttt...lol im bored
