Not only am I always hungry, but the only
reasons I stop eating are:
A) There is no more food
B) Everyone else has stopped and it's
obvious I am just shoveling
C) I feel my stomach nearly exploding, or
I physically can't swallow
I can't really remember every feeling
satisfied while eating a decent amount. I
always eat as much as possible or just
leave still hungry.
To make things worse, I can't lose weight.
Whenever I try to exercise it's like
nothing comes off. If I run daily, lift
weights daily, and eat great, I might lose
a pound over 6 weeks, but usually
nothing.
Has anyone else had issues like this and
what have you done about it?
