Itching At Vagina.........urgent Reply Needed

For 2 days i have had a problem with vaginal itching.Can any one give me any medicine name????Why itis it happening???What's are the possible reason???What things i should avoid or follow???? It's Urgent....if anyone know please reply as early as possible????
