heat pad on low also warm showers are good
or if you can get your man to give you
massages. check with dr to also rule out
an infection i got those and it turned out
to be a bad kidney infection without any
other signs.

well today they told me i have another
bladder infection and their puzzeld to why
it came back? same bacteria as two weesks
ago and they gave me meds but it didnt
work?
so that could be it
i hope its not
