Hemorrhoid Question
Posted: 07-02-07 21:00pm

This isn't really about sexual health, but I don't know where else to put it.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I had a hemorrhoid and it popped somehow. It bled for a couple of days, not too much. Now it's stopped bleeding and it's just an open sore that is oozing thick pus. I've never had a sore that oozed like this. It's on my butt cheek, not the actual anus or anything. The sore is pink and not painful unless I touch it or sit on it wrong. I clean it with hydrogen peroxide. How long until this clears up or do I need medical attention before I die. Thanks!

I don't think you are going to die from this. Just keep it clean and dry and you should be fine. If it starts looking infected though I would consult a doctor.

I just wanted to say I have this exact same thing! Down to every detail. I hope it all worked out for you if you ever see this again. I'm going to see a doctor about this tomorrow because I've had it for a really long time. I'm nervous. Like you, I don't want to die! Haha.

I think it's a boil. talk to your pharmacist for a treatment. you won't have to say where it is. I used to get them too. but they just stopped. coincidentally when I stopped drink diet coke.
