Well im close to my due date, and a have started to have pain in my hip area. Its hard to walk at times, and sleeping is a pain. I have the wading going on when I walk which is also painful. I have done some reading on this and some drs say its normal. I going to see my obgyn tomorrow, I was wondering if there are more women going through this. Confused

It's very possible that your baby's butt is positioned against your hip. Sometimes they make for much discomfort under the ribs too. Sometimes babies pinch a nerve and that causes extreme discomfort, inability to walk, and great pain.

It's a good idea to get it checked out, but that's my incite on the subject.

Good luck!

Hello there and thank you. I went to my obgyn and I was told I am 2 cm dilated. So my labor can start any time now. I'm so excited. Laughing Surprised
