I know the hormones are taking over! i just yelled at my best friend and am ticked at my dh for lack of attention and sex. 10 weeks and i feel so low.. is this normal. I in no way feel pregnant, i feel fat and tired as well as lazy and not sure why I am having problems talking to my dh about anything without sounding condesending or angry.

I have put on 10 lbs, my acne is back although it is just regular acne (which i have not had since i was 12) my hair and skin is dry and if I shave my legs the hair is back with in a day.

sorry I just had to get it out.

you just gave me a flashback to early pregnancy lol. it's normal. just try to explain to people that you don't mean it, you're just hormonal and hopefully they will understand. i remember early on when i was feeling so low and so sick and just totally unprepared for what i was going through. rich was in shock still about us being pregnant and didn't know how to talk about it yet so i was really down, thinking he didn't want the baby or me. i cried so hard a couple of times that i hyperventilated and he had to get a bag for me to breathe into. he just didn't know what to do with me when i was like that. he called my mom one time and asked her to talk to me 'cause i think i scared him. but amazingly it all went away in time. you are nearing the end of the first trimester and your hormones will likely shift and you should feel better. hopefully your morning sickness will go away and you will feel less tired, although you will still need to get your rest. just talk about how you feel whenever you can to whomever will listen and be understanding. if you don't stop feeling down you may want to mention it to your doctor. some people get depressed during pregnancy not just after. i thought i was going to be depressed for my entire pregnancy because i felt so awful the first few months or so but it went away. i still get hormonal from time to time but it's isolated and most of the time i feel fine. just keep the communication open with your family, friends and doctor so they can keep an eye on you and help you with what you're going through. and you can always come on here and vent because pretty much all of us know what it's like to deal with raging hormones and you will get a lot of sympathy. feel better!!

i am feeling a bit better, i went to lunch with Chris (hubby) and told him how i was feeling. He said i was right (shock). I think we both have not gotten used to the idea of bieng pregnant. Even he admitted that he was not over excited about this. (probably because all he has to show for it is an emotional, hungry and tired wife). I think it will get better, I am glad this takes 9 months to get used to... then on to new things like breastfeeding......

i'm 15 weeks and i just seem to be crying at the drop of a hat. The other day i couldnt find something that i wanted to wear and just out of pure frustration i sat on the laundry floor and cried.

Thank goodness i was home alone and no one saw how rediculous i was being!! Laughing
