I have visual problems; blurred vision,
trouble focusing, headaches, dizziness,
lightheadedness, light sensitivity, can't
tolerate fast moving objects like video
games or the way most TV shows and
commercials use dizzying camera work, also
have frequent gagging, dry heaving, and
occasional vomiting for no apparent
reason, not triggered by any particular
thing or event or food., extreme fatigue,
can sleep for 16 hours at a time with no
problem. Have a history of hypertension
but not taking anything now, last medicine
made above symptoms worse so doctor
discontinued them. Have frequent bowel
problems, diarehha, constipation, urgency,
and occasional bleeding from hemmroids.
Our doctors thus far have not been able to
help me. Please give me your opinion on
what you think may be wrong. Thank
you.

History of migraines.
Have a diagnosis for the current
condition: no
Current medical status: been to a regular
MD, EENT, neuroglogist, opthomologist. Had
MRI of brain as above, lumbar punture,
blood work. So far all that's come up is
low Vit B 12 level, multiple white spots
on brain, told this could be due to
history of migraines, and that the left
ear canal is not shaped properly."
Some of your symptoms (vision problems)
could be due to brain lesions. A Vitamin
B12 deficiency can cause megaloblastic
anemia and neuropathy. Another disorder
that can cause similar blood spots in the
brain is multiple sclerosis (MS).
Additionally, the bowel problems you
report (diarrhea and constipation) could
be related to the initial condition that
caused the disturbed absorption of Vitamin
B12. You can consult an internist and
neurologist about your condition. Folic
acid in the blood should be also checked
because its deficiency can also cause
similar disorders.
