Hey Posted: 07-30-07 23:29pm
the agent just signs you up and sells you
the policy. he doesnt see anything further
than that. so you should be fine
when you see your doctor it is called
doctor paitient confidentuality. So your
doctor or clinic can not get out any info
on you unless you sign and authorization
to allow your insurance company to get
info, or allow other places like another
doctor for example. If anyone releases
your info you can sue for discloser of
personal info. something like that
anyways. Also the insurance just helps or
pays for the drug they never really look
at what the drug is for. They tend to look
more at the cost and if there is a cheaper
one out there. Even pharmacies can not
give out your medical history either
without your permission.
Good luck with those tests
