How do you explain the reports from schizophrenics about the FBI, CIA, Police, Mafias, gangs, and secret organizations. Are these people hallucinations or delusions. Can anybody expain it?

They're delusions, false beliefs held regardless of argument. What's the confusions? To give you an example of a good one I encountered, I talked to a schizophrenic once that said that the FBI would come after him if he didn't perform the daily task they told him to do, which was make sure kids didn't steal candy bars from a local store. Delusions about these things are very common.
