I can only get hard by physically
stimulating myself or by my girlfriend
physically stimulating me. I can't get
hard with just thought alone.... I do
masturbate at least twice a day since I
can remember... Is this likely to effect
it ???????

I think it's a possibility. Try holding
off for 2 days or so and see how it goes.

Some men can't get hard off a though
alone; don't worry. it's nothing bad if
you can still get hard with stimulation.
That's what really matters anyway.

Doesn't sound to me like it's anything to
worry about. Some men get erections at
the drop of a hat, others take a bit more.
I think if you're able to get them, it's
ok if you're not getting them from
thoughts alone.
