I didn't believe that pregnant women really had mood swings! I'm pretty bad, but I guess it's just cause I don't feel good!

I consider myself a fairly stable person, but I can go from elated to angry (even throwing tupperware at my husband for eating all the icecream) to a crying mess over a commercial. I've never been so unstable. Just know you are not the only one suffering from mood swings. I can't wait until I am back to 'normal' (assuming my hubby doesn't leave me in the meantime!) Hang in there

yeah you really need to take good care of yourself when you're preggo and give yourself a bit of a break because the hormones can really do a number on your emotions. i was pretty bad in the beginning too and i still have regular crying jags. rich is taking it all in stride i'm happy to say but i think it's because i always apologize and let him know it's not him it's the hormones. poor guy, sometimes he just gives me this desperate look like he doesn't know if he should comfort me or just get out of my sight lol. anyway, like i said, go easy on yourself and remember that most of it is hormones. make sure you get as much rest as you need and all that and hopefully that will make you feel a little better.
