It's been like 12 years since my last physical and its been 11 weeks since the first test. The tests came back with very high LDL cholesterol ( 291 ) and fatty liver ( high liver counts ). The 3rd test I have had my LDL count has dropped little over 50 points, and my liver counts dropped like 41 points. I have changed my diet, eat correctly and exercise 3-4 times a week . He has me on 40mg of simvastatin and to that I have been taking multi vitamin, omega complex, b complex, and cranberry extract. Is there anything else to take besides the ( Zocar ) simvastatin. I hate taking medication. Is there any other nature vitamin or poss a liver flush might help? Will the liver flush interact with Zocar ( simvastatin ). here is my details weight before: 236 weight after: 217 age:28 what I was eating before: Fast food once to twice a day what i am eating now: 6 times a day small portions,protein shakes,healthy choice meals, apples, canceled out bread for the most part, soda of any kind, I do have 1 cheat day a week.6 days on diet, one day off Any ab workout routine that works well besides crunch and situps?
