My doctor said when I was like 15 or 16
that I had muscle spasms in my back I
think there is more to it. it is always
always hurting and my muscles stay tense.
Both of my arms go numb and my neck hurts
and head aches. I have also been having
earaches. All this can't be related can
it. I mean like my arms and head and neck
all happen at the same time, my ear is not
that bad. I think that might be sinuses
and allergies. What do you think... it is
just like a stiff hard to move pain.. it
hurts .R.E.A.L bad when you try and
massage it like it makes it worse Mike
trys..and I am just like ow do it softer
and he does and it still hurts.
