recently i purchased a high-powered (4hp)
blender. i can blend almost anything with
it including seeds and nuts. they turn to
mush. it's so easy to just combine my
entire meals worth of food with some water
and drink it down at a good pace. i
usually chew my food very well and it
takes me a long time to eat anything at
all. this blender seems like it could be
addicting. will i have any
digestion/nutritional problems if i make
this the staple of my eating habit?
i heard the longer the food is in your
mouth the more digestive juices your
stomach produces.

this is not a good idea.
when you chew you produce saliva which
begins the process of breaking down your
food, the saliva also increase the stomach
juices to aid the food break down.
I'm a little concerned that you wish to
eat pureed food and this hints at a mental
condition or an inability to deal with
adulthood.
by all means chew your food well but you
do not have to chew it to extreme
degrees.
all this changes if you have a medical
condition of the oesophagus of course.
