28 weeks? That's super early. Why is your doctor ending your pregnancy so soon? Neutral

Her baby will be in the hospital for a while, to put it mildly. At 28 weeks, your baby weighs an average of 2 pounds. Sad it's very premature.

.I pray that you're right. I don't know any doctor that would choose to end a pregnancy at 28 weeks unless he had no other choice.

When I was leaking protein my doctor told me that if my bp went up then he was going to take the baby even if I wasn't 30 weeks yet. He said the baby would have a better chance for survival outside of my womb.

Luckily my bp is awesome and I am not leaking as much protein. Now they just think that my body went into shock when I got pregnant.

that's a relief lol. not that work is a struggle, that you aren't having your baby so early 'cause that would mean serious complications for the baby. i knew what you meant though. you're almost there! i feel for you though. i hope you can make it and i hope that you get a lot of rest and relief when you get your maternity leave.

It's good to hear that you were talking about work!

Even now whenever my husband tells .Luke he can come out now I tell my husband that .Luke can't come out yet. I want him to come home the same day that I do. I don't care how impatient I get .Luke is staying in until he is at least 37 weeks!

I am 34 weeks today and for me they are still going by fairly quickly. I keep myself very busy though. I am still working full time, getting ready for my baby shower this coming weekend. We've had weddings and family gatherings to attend, plus my husband has 2 kids from a previous relationship, so we've been trying to spend some extra time with them before the baby is born (they live with their mother). I think as long as you keep busy, time will be go by fairly quickly. It has worked for me, at least.
