My boyfriend and I had sex a few weeks ago it started out unprotected but only for a little but used a condum the rest of the time. Now i am a week late and have been spotting for the last three days. I also have minor cramps sometimes and other things like bad skin and such like my normal period time. I went off the ring two months ago, am i still messed up from that? I took a test it was negative. I've never skipped a period before so I could really use the advice.

I believe a test would be accurate by now. You could still be messed up from the nuvaring too, so I'd wait and see if your period does come. If it doesn't, test again in two weeks.
