I would never do it because the idea of it seems a bit gross to me. If you are going to do, one thing of concern is transferring E coli bacteria from your rectum to your mouth. This has the potential to make you very sick, so it might be a good idea to wash his penis before putting it in your mouth. I know it can take away from the spontaneity, but if i were going to do this that would be the only way i would do it.

That is not even healthy to do.. If you are talking about giving a blow job and licking his butt and then kissing him that is not good either, because even if he is washed, showered and clean as he could be there still could be some what of grems that I don't think should go into the mouth! Certain holes are made for certain things. but some are not to be combined.. Just my opinion..

Just make sure any anus you put your mouth to is squeaky clean. Showering before and after is a very good idea. As the poster before me said, anal play is completely safe.
