I've been waiting to ovulate this month
and yesterday I spotted all day. Today
there's nothing, so it must have just been
spotting.
1st cycle off pills: 28 days
2nd cycle off pills: 33 days
3rd cycle (this one) I bled at day 20.
what's going on? I had some mucus with
the blood too, like ovulation mucus it
seemed like.

It is possible that you have spotting when
you ovulate. Did you not have any other
signs of ovulation before yesterday? I
mean did you by chance ovulate before
yesterday? Was your bleading heavy or
just barely there spotting?
I also think that maybe your cycle is
trying to balance itself out still. It
seems like it might be a long cycle if you
think you just ovulated yesterday. Do you
know what your luteal phase is? The
number of days after you ovulate? Usually
it is 12-14, but I think that it can vary
when someone is coming off birth control.

Well the spotting was all day. It wasn't
heavy, but it wasn't barely there. The
only signs of ovulation was the stretchy
mucus and cramping. Those are my normal
signs of ovulation. When I conceived my
daughter, I conceived on day 33, so it was
a very long cycle.
I didn't ovulate before yesterday as far
as I know. i've been waiting for it and
have had no signs until yesterday, but the
blood threw me off.

I read that spotting during ovulatin was
fine. So I'm assuming I was ovulating.
I'll wait and see what happens in 2 weeks.
I ovulated on day 19 last time, so
ovulating on day 20 would be typical for
me I guess.

That sounds like you just had some
ovulation bleeding then. It does make
sense that if you ovulated on cd19 last
month then you are right on track. When
you concieved with ava, were you just
coming off birth control? If so, how long
were you off it? Just trying to get an
idea of your cycles from before you got
pregnant.

It was my third cycle, same cycle like I
am on now.
I had just gotten off of the pills.
