Ok, my story is a little long, but here
goes.
Let me start by saying I do have
ulcerative colitis, and am seeing a dr.
about this.
About 3 months ago, I started getting very
bloated, and had mild stomach discomfort,
and some chest discomfort. I went to the
family dr. and he did an ekg, came back as
normal, he said he did this to ease my
mind that it is not heart related. he then
ordered a ultrasound. That came back as
being ok. I still had all the problems,
and lost my appetite completely for a few
weeks. I had a HIDA scan and it came back
showing the ef rate was low functioning at
24%, the nurse said normal is between 35%
and 70%, she said she would schedule me
with a surgeon, I saw the surgeon and he
was not fully convinced my symptoms were
that of gallbladder issues, and he ordered
a endoscope, and it came back showing
nothing was wrong, he then ordered on my
urging a cat scan, and it came back as ok
as well.. then he pretty much just said it
was my colitis, and that is it... I am
keft wondering if it is or is not. I made
an appt. with my colitis dr. which will be
coming up next month.....
I am still having weird issues... just
sometimes some mild chest discomfort,
followed by a week of being just fine,
then I will have a chest spasm of sorts,
like where I can see my heart beat in my
chest, like a spasm.. I am afraid this is
heart related and try to get the dr. to
order a stress test, and they won't even
call me back
I am just
frustrated and want an answer on this...
it effects my daily life, as it is
consuming my mind, and can scare me,
especially when I get chest related
symptoms:( Anyone have any inkling on what
this could be, or what to do next?
