Whose on it? How does it make you feel? Do you get embarrassed at the store?Do you feel they supply enough? Etc..

I am on it...
Weird, I love in a richy rich town. I get embarrassed at the store a little but I am taking care of my son that is all that matters..

I dont feel that they supply what they should.

My sister is on it, and id like to be on it when I have a kid and I was kinda embarassed, but my sisters never are. I mean its cool to have it, but when you have to pay with it in stuff, we live in a rich town but that shouldnt matter, its free right? Lol

Yeah that is what I have to go to in june. They want me to make my doc do blood work again. Because it would be more than 90 days old. I was like medical question. Wic doesnt require blood work until 1 year, docs do it at 9 months now...Ugh

When I had my son, they clinic automatically put me on it. All I have to do certify him every six months. I was embarrassed in the beginning, but when you see how it helps finacially, especially with the baby milk. All that embarrassment goes away. I still get wic for him, and now i'm getting it for me until the baby is born. Then the baby gets it. Why be embarassed out taxes that we work for pay for it anyway. My husband bustes his ass at work to support me and his family why let someelse get what he works for.

Gee, I haven't ever really heard of anyone being embarassed about being on wic. Around here where I live, everyone tries to get wic. It's a really great way to save money. Wic isn't really for people who can't afford stuff, it's just to help out single moms or people who take the time to go through all the processes to qualify. It's a support system for mom and baby. Smile maybe that's just how it is around here, I dunno. Lol.

I was a little embarrassed about it at first.....But most everyone whos not snotty and rich tries to get on it. I know how you feel stacie.....I mean steven king lives 20 minutes away from me! There are some nice multi-million dollar houses very very close.....But not really in my neighborhood. Walking distance. But I don't care any more. I just say ha....We pay taxes.....Its payback. Lol. And it helps quite a bit......But they give u too much peanut butter.....I mean, does anyone actually go through that much peanut butter??? I have like, 8 cans of it not even opened! Lol!
