10 weeks with a uterus that's measuring at 15 weeks

Ok, well I haven't been on in a while...so
I figured I'd post an update.
Well I had an appt last .thursday.
He checked my uterus(internally) and said
"yupp, your uterus is measuring right on
track...15 weeks. we're going to do an
ultrasound today."
So, he put jelly on my belly and as soon
as he put the doppler thing on my stomach
his mouth dropped, as did mine.
no, we're not having twins! lol!
But, I'm definately not 15
weeks!!!!  I'm only 10
weeks!!!
When he told me this, I had a revalation!!
loL! How was it possible for me to *not*
know I was pregnant for 11 weeks, already
being a mother?? Why was I *just*(about a
day after my 1st appt) starting to
experience nausia without it letting up
*at all*!?!?!?!?
My first question to him was "well then
why is my uterus so damn big?!" and his
answer was "well, with your second child,
your uterus knows what to do, and does it
faster."
my second question was "well, doc, what's
my due date now?" and he said "I don't
know. We'll do another ultrasound not this
next appt, but the one after that. We'll
measure it, and configure it from
there...this just doesn't make sense to
me."
*are you serious?!?!?!?!*
so, I'm only 10 weeks. with a uterus
that's measuring at 15 
 I
don't get it...
I'm not too disappointed, because I didn't
want a .christmas baby...at all.
I had told .baron, about a week before the
appt "what if I'm not as far as he thinks
I am?" and he said "you're prob not. You
know your body better than he ever will."
So, here's a pic of the lil bean!
The 2 dots at the top are it's legs, and
you can see where the head is.

p.s. the nausia is hoooorid and I want to
die!

getting put back 5 weeks has to suck!! But
atleast that explains why your still
feeling so much nausia! Hopefully in a
couple of weeks it will fade out!
I got really huge really early on
remember? Its just your muscles strecthing
earlier because its done it before. esp as
you didnt have .Oni that long ago! I was
measuring huge right up untill I was about
31 weeks then I caught myself up and now
in the words of my midwife I am 'spot
on!'
Well at least you seem quite positive
about it! Do you know a rough due date?
You should be able to have a nice
uninterrupted christmas with .Baron and
.Oni now!! 
Oh and the ultrasound pic is so sweet!
Your little bean is so tiny cant wait to
watch it grow!!

Yea, I had this gut feeling that I wasn't
15 weeks. There was No way I could be that
far along without me knowing.

Wow! I had to read that twice, I though
tyou said twins, too! Sorry you aren't as
far as you thought. I always measured so
big. Some day when i have the guts I will
post some prego pics. I was a disgusting
blob. I looked like a tick with a tiny
little head! You will get through it
though!

Jolie, I remember!!!
I'm excited that it won't be a christmas
baby. I didn't want a .capricorn baby.
lol!
I'm not really that big. But I can feel my
uterus like 3 to 4 inches below my bellt
button. IT's *def* higher than it was for
.oni at 10 weeks!
It blew me away that the Dr. was almost
speechless about it.
He kept telling me "you know you're still
capable of miscarriage, you're still in
the 1st trimester." and I was like "oh
yea? Whodda thunk it?!"
He couldn't even give me a rough due
date!! So, I'll have to wait like 2 more
months to find out!

knows? lol!
Baron's .godchild's(.jathan) birthday is
.feb 5. and .j's lil bro, .logan's, b.day
is .feb 4th!
So, maybe it'll share a b day with one of
them!!

Xmas baby!! Funny you should say that.
I'm a xmas baby ( born xmas eve) and my
unborn child will also be a xmas baby.
My mum would always say that i was the
best xmas present she could have possibly
asked for.
Moral of what i'm trying to say is that
its really not that bad. This year i will
be 27 and for my B'day and xmas i will be
receiving the best present i could ever
ask for for the rest of my life!!

Well, I will be 10 weeks Friday so you
will probably be due at the beginning of
February. My new due date is Feb 8. He had
it set at Feb 18 based on my lmp, but I
knew I had ovulated earlier and thought I
was due around Feb 13. Imagine my suprise
when he shoved that dildo thing up me and
said that I was definitely at least 9w3d.
Looks like we will be delivering really
close together Sara.

wow, at least its not twins, i went
through that with jordynne, they kept
asking if iwas sure of my lmp and stuff
and i was posotive, so they mighta thought
i felt like i was farther along but i
wasnt because my uterus was measuring
bigger, then i was scared into thinking
twins until i had the ultrasound lol.
maybe youll have a valentines baby. i had
an xmas baby, jordynne was born on
december 25th right on xmas day so eh
bdays are gonna be sooo hard i dunno what
ima do about those lol

yeah you're probably going to be due
around early Feb. I was 10 weeks on Monday
and I'm due on Feb. 4. Congrats!! Def.
great that It's not twins! That would be
hard to swallow. By the way your little
bean is a cutie. Keep us posted with new
ones!

aw cute little bean! i was pretty sad
when my due date got pushed up, though
mine was only between like 3-4 weeks. i
don't really remember.
i can't wait for this baby sarah! and i
can't wait to see your growing tummy. i'm
so excited to find out if this little bean
is a boy or another girly.
