My ex-boyfriend and I were together taking
a quick shower I had touched his penis and
had pre ejaculation on my hand minutes
later I washed my vagina or outside of it?
Can I get pregnant with this? What are
the chances?

no. you cannot get pregnant like this.
in order to get pregnant the penis must be
inside the vagina and release inside you.
pre cum can get you pregnant but not from
it touching the outside of you.
plus you were in the shower washing
yourself.
i highly doubt you would be pregnant or
become pregnant.

That's not true..A penis does NOT have to
be inside you to get pregnant but
obviously it's harder to get semen inside
you that way but it's possible.
But to the OP, it is almost impossible
that you are pregnant.

sperm doesnt just jump inside you,
i dont see how that could work.

If some guy ejaculates on his fingers then
fingers a girl...wellllll there ya go.
Sperm can survive outside the body for
some time..not sure the exact amount.
