trouble concieving
Posted: 05-06-08 14:11pm

I have 2 kids & have been trying for more than 2yrs for one more. My other two were cesarean. I really don%u2019t want to just wait and see because I have fibromyalgia and am in constant pain. Also the first two took such a toll on my body that I don%u2019t think that I will be able to handle it if it doesn%u2019t happen soon. With the last one my doctor wanted to put me on bed rest & I don%u2019t want that so the sooner the better. It%u2019s been 5 years since I was pregnant last. I tried some herbal fertility stuff last year & nothing happened. I don%u2019t even know if I am ovulating every time I try one of those ovulation predictors it comes back negative. I am starting to loose hope do you have any suggestions?

trouble conceiving

Its not clear to me whether you have seen a fertility doctor or not. That seems like the most reasonable thing to do at this time. Its somewhat difficult for me to relate entirely to your dilemma. It took me 2 1/2 years to get pregnant with our first child. We did see a fertility doctor. No problem conceiving the second. And I just can't imagine being interested in having more than two. Mine are adults now. Just remember....those little ones become teens who have minds of their own, want to drive, need car insurance, want cell phones, etc. and might need money to go to college. It gets kind of crazy and expensive. I also work in special education. I don't know if your two kids are normal, healthy little ones, but it pays to remember that not all kids are born normal and/or healthy. There are no guarantees. Have you noticed the large number of autistic children that are being diagnosed these days?? Just something to consider. Sometimes we just need to be grateful for exactly what we have!!
