Is it safe to take tylenol pm while pregnant? I cannot sleep AT ALL. My doctor gave me some papers on my first visit with all things I can take, and it says its safe. I was just wondering if anyone else had heard anything different. I would rather not sleep and have a healthy baby.

I would not recommend exposing your child to chemicals during your pregnancy. If you can find some natural solution to get some rest, that would be the best both for you and your child.

Tylenol is perfectly safe during pregnancy. Smile Get some rest, girl. Just don't take it every single day!

Thanks! I decided to call my doctor just to make sure and he said its safe as long as I don't overdue it. Well, I guess I'll take one pill tonight and hopefully catch some zzzzzz's lol.
