The most amazing experience of my life Smile

Baby was jumping around and bouncing, and waving it's arms and legs everywhere.
I was sooo nervous before I went in for the ultrasound and I was convinced I was going to pee all over the lady doing it. She gave me a CD with two pictures on them so there they are!

Oh and my duedate got changed back to my original december 17th (not the 21st like i got told last time). I am in fact 12 weeks 5 days so on Wednesday i'll be 13 weeks.

Baby is 66mm long (crown to rump) and 19.5mm around (diameter) with a heartbeat of 169BPM Very Happy

(I took out my last name because, well it's pretty rare and would be easy for some weirdo to find me lol and the dates look distorted because of the size of the picture )

I'm just going to post links because this picture thing isnt working out well for me

Oh isn't s/he sweet! I remember the 13 week ultrasound. I laughed and cried the whole way through. It's so amazing to see your own child for the first time. It really makes it more "real"
Congrats and enjoy! Wait until the kicking starts...that's the next amazing phase :O)

I'm sure you'll feel them soon!

It feels exactly like catching a butterfly in your hand, but in your stomach. Totally weird but so amazing!

I need to try the rubberband with the beltloop or just go buy some maternity stuff. It's odd because I have still only gained 3 pounds but i look alot bigger suddenly.

13 weeks is a bit early to be feeling movement. Your baby is still really small, and if it's making contact with your uterus, it's not hard enough to be felt just yet. The earliest is documented at 15 weeks, and that's for women who have already had a baby and know what to expect. Most first time mothers don't really feel movement until closer to 18 weeks.

I'm not trying to break your bubble - just being realistic. You'll definitely know it when you feel it! It's like nothing you've ever felt before. Smile

Maybe your right, but my doctor did tell me alot of women start to feel flutters around this time especially if your really small (which I am). Who knows though Wink In the meantime i'll pretend it's what i'm feeling and my doctor said it's perfectly possible so i'm not entirely crazy just yet lol
