i just wanted to know if there was anyone out there who has an under active thyroid? i'm chelz and i'm 13 years old and when i was 10 got told i had an under active thyroid i ended up putting on 4 stone in about 6 to 10 months and even when i was dieting i was still putting on wait so they put me up to 75mg but i might need to go up to 100mg. i just wanted to ask if anyone has advice on how i can loose weight? because even with my thyroxine i'm barely loosing any weight at all, i feel down all the time and i just never seem to feel any better. i think i have some self confidence problems because i'm constantly putting myself down i don't say it out loud i either write it or think it. but if anyone has any ideas on how i could loose weight that would be great xd

Are exercises or other physical activities, like walking part of your daily life? What kind of diet you are usually practicing?
