Vitamin K and blood clots

Hi
Doc is offline, so I thought I 'd put this one out there.

I am taking a multi-vitamin which I just purchased (by Nature-made) called Multi For Her.
It has 100% of daily recommended for vitamin K.

I also eat a lot of foods that have vitamin K in them. Am I overdosing on it by taking this vitamin in conjunction with the foods I am eating on a regular basis? What are the dangers, possible effects of too much K?

I am concerned because I know that vitamin K helps with blood clotting, among other things like building bone tissue. I don't want to throw these vitamins out, I just bought em. And I like and am used to eating the foods I do - just want to know if I am putting myself at risk for a blood clot if I am getting too much K.
Being that there are three types of vitamin K; do all three kinds do the same thing in one's system?
