Warts and herpes
Posted: 04-17-08 09:24am

I have wart looking things below my vagina on the skin. They have been there for a year. At first I thought they might be genital herpes but I haven't had sex with anyone for 3 years. Also, these "warts" don't come and go, they are there all the time.

According to your description (“wart looking things that are constantly present”) you probably don’t have herpes because herpes lesions are painful and itching, they change in time and, after healing, they can reoccur after an indefinite period of time.

Warts grow slowly and can spread. They are painless and don’t itch.
Those “things”, that you described, could be warts but you can’t be sure until a dermatologist confirms that.
