up a storm today. they did my glucose and
cultures test, hiv again! my glucose was
normal so i didnt have to do the three

when they pricked my finger today never had that
done before it sure did hurt and im not
scared of needles. So i had another good

lol they test for everything but your
kitchen sink, I swear...
Glad everything's well!!
I'm the same way with the finger prick. I
flipped out and asked if they could just
take it from my arm instead, lol. NO.
Jerks...
Gabby not like that heartbeat either? lol,
it takes my doctor FOREVER to find the
heartbeat each time because as soon as it
goes on my stomach, baby starts kicking
it, lol.
Be glad you didn't have to do the 3 hour
test, they SUCK. Isn't pregnancy fun?!?
Grr.

yea i see they do. i don't mind the test i
just want them done and over with. Gabby
moves so fast lol they catch it then she
moves lol but at first i think they picked
up the placenta and not her but 150 was
pretty good! i am glad that i didnt have
to do the three hour test! but i did
everything they told me to do before i
went so i was not to worried about that.

I'm glad your glucose test went well. I
had mine this past week too and it didn't
go so well. I don't know the results yet
but they drew blood twice out of the same
arm and the second draw must've hit a
sensitive spot because it swelled up in a
huge, painful knot! I ran back inside and
asked if it was normal and she said, "Just
keep pressure on it for half an hour." So
she wrapped it up tight and I didn't look
at it again for at least an hour. It was
gross! Now it's just a huge bruise.
Consider yourself lucky

EEK! They switched arms with me the first
time, and the second one did the same
thing. I had a bruise for a month, no
joke. It HURT! Oh, and if you get the 3
hour test, they usually use a smaller
needle. But they have to poke you FIVE
times, and that's if they get it in each
time. I hope it comes back normal!
