its probably from your belly stretching, cramping is fine as long as there's no blood along with the cramping.

Irritable uterus. It is when your uterus is getting cranky about being stretched out and carrying around a baby. Mention it to your doctor at your next appointment - but unless you have severe pain and/or bleeding, there isnt' a lot to worry about.

i get some pains like that, sometimes the baby is positioned in an awkward spot or stretching to make more room for the baby.

When will the doctor remove your cerclage? What has he told you about when you should contact him regarding contractions/pains etc?

If you are ever concerned, you can call your doctor's office and ask to speak with his nurse - she will relay all your questions to the doctor and call you back with whatever he says. That can really put your mind at ease.

Good luck!!
