i need some advise on weightloss been
trying for so long i have tried so many
werightloss tablets programs such as
weight watchers , jenny craig all of which
work until somthing happens in my life and
i go and put more weight on than i started
please help me i find it very h ard to get
motivated i know it will work if i just
get focused i also suffer from anxiety and
worry bout things endlessly please find
some time to help me thank u and kind

It seems likely that lack of strong will
and motivation is the major problem . The
programs for weight-loss you’ve tried
worked but “always something happens in
your life” that demotivates you. An
anxiety disorder (probably depression) may
likely be the major problem. Overeating is
an improper way to decrease anxiety but it
is often present in many anxiety
disorders.
You may want to consult a psychiatrist
about your case.
