When I Get Hot I Get Extrmely Itchy Posted: 01-07-06 02:44am
Whenever I get hot, I begin to itch
extremely bad , or when I get nervous or
embarassed. Usually when I do a phyisical
activity , I can only do it for a short
period of time because after a while I get
hot and the itching begins and it becomes
unbearble. Also whenever the weather is
hot I also get very itchy. Whenver I am
nervous or embarassed it also happens.
When I get itchy its seems to spread all
over my body and the more I scratch it and
think about it the more it itches. The
only way for me to make the itching stop
is to get cool fast , by getting in the
shade and drinking something cool , just
trying to cool my body down ,but I just
have to get cool quick then it stops. One
time I tried to go for a jog but I began
to get hot and I started to itch so badly
the only for me to make it stop was to hop
in the shower and take a cold one. Does
anyone else have this problem ? If so
whats the solution. I haven't talk to a
doctor about it but maybe I should because
its definetly conflicts with my daily
activities.

I have the exact same problem; you may
have candida overgrowth (yeast overgrowth
in the intestines). I have candida &
that's what causes me to itch the way I
do. Cadida has many symptoms: digestive
(stomach) problems, frequent colds/flu,
gas & bloating, yeast infection, white
coating on tongue (called thrush),
dandruff, depression, irritability, foggy
thinking, extreme fatigue, constipation,
difficulty focusing, etc.
Just something to consider....
There's not really any effective test a
doctor can do to find out if you have it
(it doesn't show up in the blood) but I
know an at-home test you can do that is
legitimate (a natural doctor discovered
it):
put a tall glass filled with water by your
bedside bfore going to bed. When you get
up first thing in the morning, spit in the
glass of water and watch the saliva over
the course of about an hour or longer.
If the saliva starts to form rope-like
strands through out the water that are
suspended in the water, there's a very
good chance you have candida overgrowth.
You can try taking a candida treatment to
see if this helps. Most of them don't
work, but one that is very good & has
worked for many is called candex by pure
essence labs.
Your itching could also be an immune
disorder (the itching is an overreaction
of your body to being too hot). It's
very impt. To cleanse the body, heal the
immune system, eat a fairly healthy diet,
take a good quality multi-vitamin (an
excellent one is seasilver) and make sure
you're not deficient in any vits. Or
minerals. If you are, you should
supplement, but with only the best quality
ones from a health food store.
Sorry if this is long, but I hope this
helps. I'm a nutrition major & have
lots of knowledge on this sort of stuff
(it's my specialty), & i'm actually
working on my nutrition degree right now
(i'm in college right now).
Reply to this if u need any more info or
help, I will check back often; glad to
help any way I can. :) :) :)

Itchy Scalp And Some Other Places Posted: 01-17-07 00:19am
I was diagnosed as hypoglycemic and my
head itches so bad. When I used to go to
the bathroom, itching and burning occured.
When I exercised, things got worse. I
am taking magnesium and b6 with a
multivitamin c-with b vitamins, copper,
chromium-this has cleared up the
acid/sugar in my urine which was causing
the burning. I found tea-tree oil scap
treatment for the itching at my scalp.
This product is normally for
african-americans yet it works and no
itching yet, and it smells good. It is
just slightly greasy, so don't put too
much or it will be running in your eyes.
Thesemulti-vitamins do contain pro-biotics
which can heal yeast in the body
