Ok.. this is a little embarrassing.
so im 17 now and a couple years ago me and
my friends were messing around on the
trampoline doing flips and such, i
attempted to do a back flip by bouncing on
my knees first. It went horribly wrong and
i ended up landing on my back with my feet
like completely over my head. It hurt soo
bad and it was hard to breathe for like 5
minutes straight. It put soo much pressure
on my sternum that it was sore for a
couple of days after.
anyways.. i never went to the doctor.. and
ever since then.. i still feel pressure
behind my xiphoid process.. as if it was
pushing against my liver or lungs.it
really uncomfortable but ive never really
PAID that much attention to it until now.
If i change positions or stick out my
chest and stretch it goes away but im
still curious if i should get and xray or
medical attention?
this is a little ridiculous.. but better
safe than sorry?
